As you might have guessed from our Instagram posts these past weeks, in the month of May we will be talking about food in Peru.
Peruvian food is something that I’m passionate about. Not only because my husband is a Peruvian chef, but also because it is a mixture of many different influences, tastes, flavors on origins.
In today’s post we’re going to take a closer look at Peruvian recipes which will help us review the vocabulary of food and taste.
Amargo, ácido y dulce (bitter, acid and sweet)
