PAYMENT
To secure an immersion course, the Consumer must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the value at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless we are notified 151 or more days prior to the start of the trip. In this instance, you can transfer your deposit to another trip without penalty. This trip can be up to 1 calendar year in advance and is subject to availability. Otherwise, the Cancellation Fees on the table in section 4 will be applied.
The balance of your your payment is due at least 90 days prior to the departure date. If the tour you select begins within 90 days of booking, final payment is due at that time. Failure to receive the remainder of your trip balance by the due date will be considered a cancellation.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees are per person and according to the following table:
Cancellations received 121 or more days prior to course start: 25% of total price.
Cancellations received 120 to 61 days prior to course start: 50% of total price.
Cancellations received 60 to 31 days prior to course start: 75% of total price.
Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to course start: 100% of total price
No refunds will be issued due to late arrival / unused portion of a course.
SUBSTITUTION
Where the Consumer is prevented from proceeding with the course, s/he may transfer her/his booking to a person who satisfies all the conditions required, having first given the Company reasonable notice in writing of her intention to do so before the departure date. The transferee of this Consumer must sign a Booking Form and comply with any other requirements of the Company applicable to the holiday such as the medical declaration.
HOLIDAY PARTICIPATION
You (The Consumer) agree to accept the authority and decisions of the Company’s employees and representatives during the full duration of the holiday, starting at the first meeting on the first day and finishing at the last meeting point of the last day of the holiday.
If a consumer commits an illegal act, the consumer may be excluded from the holiday and the company shall cease to have a responsibility to/for them. If you are affected by a condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect you or other people’’’s enjoyment or active participation of the tour, you must advise us at the time of booking. No refund will be given for any unused services.
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The Company reserves this right to cancel a trip due to a lack of participants per course. The Consumer will be repaid in full and this will constitute a full settlement. Wherever possible you will be informed of cancellation before the balance is payable (30 days prior). Crisol cannot be held responsible for any losses such as the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets.
If, as a consequence of force majeure The Company is obliged to cancel a course, the consumer shall be repaid in full wherever possible but will not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of the said cancellation of the course.
INSURANCE
It is mandatory that all customers have purchased travel insurance prior to the start of their trip contracted by the Company. It should cover the following (although the following list is not exclusive): holiday cancellation, luggage loss and theft, personal and third party injuries and repatriation. The Company does not in any circumstances take responsibility for the previously mentioned.
COMPLAINTS
If the Consumer wishes to make a complaint in relation to a trip, she must immediately inform the Company’s representative at the location where the Consumer is when the complaint arises and shall, if the Company requires it, complete a form setting out the detail of this Consumer’s complaint. The Consumer shall be obliged to notify the Company in writing of any complaint not later than 28 days after her return to the point of departure or termination of the holiday whichever is the earlier.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS
The customer agrees to release Crisol, its directors, employees, agents, representatives, collaborators, and independent contractors from and against all claims, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses and demands of any nature or kind whatsoever in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to him/her, wheresoever and howsoever caused arising out of, or in connection with my taking part in the Activity provided by Crisol, or while traveling to and from the activity notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by any act including, without limitation, negligence Crisol and/or any one or more of it’s agents.
